Reserving a cabin...
There are several ways to reserve one of our cabins: Direct book with us, through VRBO or Air BNB. The preference is yours! If you would like to direct book and avoid the service fees VRBO and Air BNB charge, we welcome you to contact us directly. Those fees are generally 10% of your total and can add up. To direct book, check the availability calendar for your cabin on our site (click on a cabin name (above), select the "availability tab" and select your dates, then call or email us for a quote. Our fees include the nightly rental rate, a one time cleaning fee and tax. We do not charge additional fees (service fees, booking fees, hot tub fees or admin fees). Once you are comfortable with your quote, you will receive an email outlining your reservation details, the cabin agreement and a payment link (through PayPal business) which will be sent directly to your email address. Our flex payment policy is a $100 deposit to hold your reservation, then the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival date. A reminder email will be sent for the final payment. Our cancellation policy is a 60 day notice to owner for a full refund. We accept these major US credit cards: MC, VISA, Discover & checks.

Rental rates will vary based on holiday & seasons. Holidays & Fall season rates are higher and winter rates and lower. The rental rates are below for each cabin:
"Take Me Away" - $149 - $179/night
"The Good Life - $149 - $179/night
"Time after Time" - $139 - $179/night
Cleaning fee - $98 (this includes the entire cabin, grounds, linen & hot tub fees)
Tax - State of TN & Sevier Co - 12.75%
Once you have reserved...
Once you have reserved and paid, you will receive a confirmation email and your dates are secure. We will send you a guest form (by email) to be filled out and returned to our email address. We ask that if you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible. An email will be sent as a reminder for your final payment. From there, you will be sent a "welcome letter" for your upcoming stay by email.
We offer all guests a streamlined check-in process and use a keyless, secure entry system. Your cabin access code, along with the cabin address, directions and contact numbers will be sent to you by email 14 days prior to your arrival date. You can print the information and take it with you or access your "welcome letter" on your smart phone or device. Upon arrival, give us a call so we know you made it safe and sound.

During peak seasons, it is difficult to accommodate early check in guests but we are happy to call or text you when your cabin is ready. Additional information will be posted in the cabin such as WiFi password, use of hot tub, TV's, check-in process and check-out process. Each cabin is labeled for your ease of use and convenience, which will make your stay that much more pleasant.
We want every guest to have an amazing stay, every time and encourage you to contact us while you are at the cabin if you have questions, concerns or just need advice on a good restaurant! A guest book has been provided and contains information on how to use the Smart TV's, remote controls, the hot tub and more. Labels will assist you when looking for coffee cups, blender, crock pot or even a light switch. We understand being in a new place may be a bit confusing at times and hope to reduce your stress (if not remove it totally) while you are there!
